This international cultural exchange and collaboration project focuses on the co-development of cultural content based on the cultural resources and social narratives unique to each city and community.

Through collaboration between young artists and local participants, the project seeks to reinterpret local culture and identity into contemporary cultural content, while fostering cultural connections between cities and building a sustainable model for international cooperation.
