국내·외 청년 예술가와 현지 지역민들과 함께하는 문화예술교류 축제 프로젝트입니다. 지역축제와 연계한 성과 발표 및 전시 등을 통해 현지 지역민들과 함께 문화적 경험을 나누고, 도시 간 지속 가능한 문화교류 네트워크와 협력 기반을 구축하는 글로벌 문화예술교류입니다.

This is a cultural arts exchange festival project created together with domestic and international young artists and local community members.
